Job Summary

As the HRIS Specialist you will be responsible for collecting and compiling data for senior leadership in order for Legacy Health Services to better understand our workforce and properly submit mandatory payroll based reporting to CMS.

Duties include:

• Verifying for accuracy timekeeping information for all facilities
• Confirming that employees and outside staffing are properly coded for PBJ reporting 
• Researching and correcting inaccuracies
• Provide requested and necessary reports and data timely and in a logical manner as well as analyze data to leadership
• Ensure data integrity of information in the HR database through ongoing audits
• System Support of Dayforce HCM software

Education and Experience

• Two (2) years of experience with Dayforce HCM software
• Experience with compiling and analyzing PBJ data preferred.
• Proficient using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
• Experience in Long Term Care or Healthcare Facility required
• Bachelors degree required
